By playing Higher Lower you agree to these terms.

The game

Higher Lower is free to play for entertainment. Figures in questions are rounded approximations and may not be exact; don't rely on them for anything important.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Fair play

Don't cheat, automate play, or tamper with scores. Leaderboard names must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may remove scores or accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and may change or become unavailable. XP, medals and ranks have no monetary value.
